Are you on ics 211? Perhaps you should try sideloading 215.. it helped my maxx's and my wife's maxx too...

So you're on 211. If you wanted to side load to 215... there's a thread about it on here... if you want to... make sure to READ THOROUGHLY before proceeding.. I'll get the link

215 is more stable, its a lot better than 211. Battery life is much better.. , data drops are few if at all.... also you get chrome. the link above will have all if this info in it.. just read
