Same basic instructions. Place it on the root of the card, boot into cm recovery, mount system, install from sd and reboot. Make sure you have a current backup.

Hey squid, I was looking at your screen shots and everything looks the same except for the main bottom icons (including your browser...) on mine. I still have the original d2 icons: phone, applications, contacts. Am I missing something?

The screenshots that were posted were using launcher pro, you can dl from the market

Got rid of BlurMMS and problem completely stopped, no FC's for a good 12 hours.
