Ok this is your basic turn your phone into an R2d2,with boot animation,wallpapers,and apps.Install through clockwork mount system and data (will say unmount if they are mounted)and choose the zip to install.

Probably because he was speaking to the developer. If I understand right its a theme so it adds some of the r2 droid 2 stuff to the d2. You would apply it like any other theme.
