newbie question

Is there an app that will allow a phone number to be dialed, then a pause inserted, then an extension dialed after that and maybe a calender that will allow conf. calls to be placed into it and then auto dialed at the time of the call. I am a new user coming over from BBerry and those are the two things that I liked the most about the BBerry.

I don't know about an app, but I did learn the other day that adding a coma into a phone number results in a pause. Adding another coma results in a longer pause.
