My Motorla Droid 1 is driving me crazy!

My wife's Droid 1 running version 2.2 is always trying to update once sometimes twice a week. Any suggestions on what the problem is?

if she's not rooted, it's just the latest over the air update, I think it was just a small bug fix update. Best thing to do would be to accept the update and let it download.
