Lookin for best poss upgrade over Razr Maxx...

Eligible for upgrade from my Maxx & torn on where to go. Maxx is mostly ok but slowness becoming an issue. Thinkin of either LG G2 or Note 3. Any suggestions or alternatives? My main wants are speed, screen size & battery. Wondering if the Note may be too big...
