Liberty 1.5 is amazing

I've been a Liberty 1.0 user since release, and I gotta say, 1.5 just makes it brilliant. They fixed the Liberty Settings crash, and wifi now works! My benchmark scores have gone up a huge amount. My Quadrant (not super reliable) score went up 300 points, by benchmarkpi score is now 1056 (all this at 1.35 ghz, but still way faster than 1.0 and stock).

This is off topic, but with kexec now working on the droid x, will any custom kernels be released?

I agree, Liberty 1.5 is awesome!

I'm missing something, though. Since when is kexec working? Last I heard (the story that ran some weeks back) was that they only got as far as they had before - to a point where they needed drivers and had no way to get them. Something new happen since then?

It still has issues when installing themes, when u install a theme it still keeps some of the stock icon colors like on google voice.

Oh, i thought that getting drivers would be possible, but hard. So is the project dead? I would have looked forward to getting a custom kernel :(

I thought the driver thing was the entire reason that Koush and/or Birdman (I forget which) gave up on this. Perhaps I'm wrong?
