800 pixels tall x 400 wide.

The TB is not really that great. Its an entry level phone that has been gifted with 4g to make it more appealing.

So what exactly make this a "entry level phone"? It's not always about the fastest cpu/gpu, highest resolution, etc. It's how well the hardware uses what it's got, the experience as a whole.

Its got lesser specs than the LG Optimus 2x, the Atrix, the Bionic...
Its taking a step down from the DX, other than the 4g.

Not on VZW, not on VZW, and not on VZW for 4 months. How is the TB entry level? It will be the most top of the line phone on VZW until the Bionic comes out to challenge it. Entry level phones do not cost $200-250 on contract. How is it taking a step down from the DX? Everything about this phone is better than the DX. Don't care about HDMI, and higher resolution screen = less battery life. Plus there is no noticeable difference in resolution to the naked eye. The SLCD on the TB looks better than the DX's screen anyway, imo.

How am I a troll? It probably won't be this week or next. Verizon hasn't even made an announcement yet and we don't know when they will make one.

Because you come in here and make outrageous statements without any sort of link, evidence, or explanation to back it up, just to get attention. I agree it won't be released this week, but how do you know it won't be next week? You don't. The devices are shipping this week. That is not a rumor, that is straight from the horse's mouth. Do you think they are going to sit in a warehouse somewhere for a month? There is nothing left holding the device up from a release next week. No more software issues, no more iPhone waiting period once 2/24 rolls around.

Haha glad to hear that. I know that my family and I were the first in line at our BB...According to my mom the employees didn't even know about it and had to go to their manager. Looking forward to finally having a smartphone and I'm glad my first will be an android! :greendroid:

That's cool... I guess. You don't have the network turned on so of course you get good battery life. Some of us need to receive a few phone calls in a 60 hour time period.

Also that is just uptime. You could charge your battery multiple times and the uptime still goes up....

Sorry that is meaningless. In all seriousness the uptime on my Moto Droid's status page right now is 766:15:05. How's that for battery life? I charge my phone every night and power on/off at least once a week, yet that's still my up time. Not exactly reliable.
