Wow! Screen Switcher is INCREDIBLE! Just hold down the menu key, amazing!

That makes Home++ by far the best home replacement ever! :icon_ banana: :icon_ banana:

+1. I've been going back and forth between GDE and Home++ as I've added apps to my DROID. Lately, I've been using GDE almost exclusively but the "screen switcher" may well drive me back to Home++.

Trying to find a balance between organization of apps, widgets, and shortcuts and the proliferation of home screens is a continuing dilemma. The "screen switcher" means I don't have to memorize which screen is devoted to which set of apps and how to find it.

The screen switcher works fine, however I'm not really sure how useful it is for me. I just fling the screen fast to get to where I want to go

Agreed. The screen switcher isn't that fast but it's a cool feature non-the-less

its good for when you have a lot of screens to scroll through! or if you forget what screen something is on since it gives you preview of whats on the screens all at once!

The screen switcher that is native in 2.1 is WAY faster and far more useful.

I continue to get "complete action using" whenever i press the home button even though i checked the box "remember" for home++. This is driving me crazy! Can anyone help?

Why is that when I hit the browser (world icon) in the power strip, I get a popup menu that says no applications can perform this action.

But if I long press the icon, it give me options to choose from the default and Xscope... the only two browsers I have on the phone.

Disregard the previous post, figured out you have to choose a default browser in the settings menu.

That's the reason I just dumped Home++, it became real buggy with a few FC each day.
