Every time I try toggling my WiFi on it will automatically go back to off. Please help me

i have the same problem, its very irritating.
restart your phone, if that doesn't work you need to clear the cache, i'll usually clear the dalvick cache too. This can be accessed through safestrap recovery menu /wipe/.
