wifi issue on 04/16/12 cm9 build

Hello all. i upgraded from cm7 to cm9 today, and im using the 04/16/12 build instead of the 04/03/12 build posted on the rom page for cm9 as every time i tried to download from that link that zip was corrupt. i have reinstalled twice, and every time i try to turn on wifi it just switches back to off, when i go into the wifi panel in the settings instead of using the toggle, it does the same thing with the toggle going back to off, but the screen stays on "turning wifi on"

anybody have a similar issue?

resolved, downloaded from different network and installed from link. seems the more recent build has some bugs
