HELP----MAXX Died

Last night I was on a phone call and when I went to hang up, my screen was black and the 4 "buttons" across the bottom of the screen (menu, home, back and search) are lite up very brightly.

I've tried to power off (power button, long press) and tried to turn on the light (power button short press), and nothing.

I've pressed every combination of buttons there is and still nothing.

Short of going to Verizon, any suggestions?

On my maxx, Power and volume down for about 10 seconds was supposed to simulate a battery pull.

Working Again

Thx Caesars, That did it. Phone shut down and then rebooted and now appears to be working normally.:hail:
