Ooo! Yeah. I really dig that. I've been in this kinda mood musically for a while. Idk if you call this roots rock or what, but this sub genre has been moving me for the last year or so.

Just thinking of you guys this morning as I tapped my Amazon Tap (that my sister bought me for Xmas) and said "Play some Volbeat" while getting ready for work. Really crazy about that band and I have this thread to thank for that. :thumbsup:

Me too. They've been together for a while. They have a couple albums out. Theyre song Blood on the Church Floor is really good too.
I like the rock, mixed with soul, mixed with blues, mixed with that grit.
They are more of a local type band. They play a ton of shows, but none at huge venues. They're fun in concert.
So I get in the car. Hit PLAY on this video and start the car. Volbeat starts coming out the speakers in the car. I'm confused. I was having BT issues so I thought it wasn't connected. I look at the radio....
Doh! Volbeat just happened to be playing (a different tune) on terrestrial radio at that exact moment. LOL!

Yeah that video is a little creepy, but hey they're French.
On a side note, the fact that you caught Volbeat on WMMS during the short amount of time they actually play music anymore.

LOL IKR? Don't usually listen to them, but the [all music] HD channel (which is 99.1 on the non-HD band) is pretty decent.
