Gallery App suggestions please

I need a good gallery app to put on my new Z2 Force. I only have two requirements. The gallery app built into my old LG V20 did what I needed but the Z2 does not.

1) Must have ZERO ADs, I don't mind paying a couple bucks for an app I will use often

2) Must be capable of playing videos. Specifically avi files.

I have used Gallery KK for many years on many Moto Phones. It's designed after the Moto Gallery app that came on Kit Kat phones (hence the name). It's a few dollars to remove the ads, one time fee. It has quite a few options, like cut, crop, draw, recolor, folder grouping, etc. And it plays videos. I don't know if it plays avi files though.

The gallery app that comes pre-installed these days is Google's stock Android Photos app by the way.

I found the stock Google gallery but it doesn't play avi videos which is why I'm looking for something else.
I'll try the KK app.

I just tried Gallery KK but it doesn't play avi videos so I deleted it.

That might be tough finding a Gallery app that plays avi files and displays pics in a gallery format. Hope you can find one.

I'm sorry, I don't know if Simple plays .Avi, I don't have any. But if it does, you'll like it a lot.

Tried that one already. It sees the avi files but doesn't play the avi videos.
