Galaxy Nexus Price?

Do you think we'll see this phone launch with a $199 or $299 on-contract price tag? I just hope the non-contract full retail pricing is under $600.

Probably $300 on contract and $600 retail. I hate seeing contract prices creep up. Before top tier phones went for $200 tops.

There was a post on both Droid Life and Phandroid with a screenshot of the Verizon MAP screen, with it listed as 299.

I would love for it to be less than $299 but that's probably what it's going to be considering it's a high end device with 4G.

Aren't there going to be (2) versions of the Nexus? 16gb and 32gb.

I am hoping it is $200 for 16gb and $300 for 32gb. With all my music now in the cloud, 16gb should be plenty for me.

I doubt it'll launch at 199 or it'll kill all the existing 4G phones including razor

With the memory sizes, I'm thinking $299 and $349, but there is the possibility of $249 and $299. Either way, I'll pony up for the 32gb version to get my music collection on and because the 1080p video will chew through some memory.

One thought on that price, and the price of all Verizon's feature phones....

BTW from what I understand the 16gb and 32gb models will not be sold in the same market. It's not like the ip#one where you pay more for more memory. Verizon will carry one or the other, not both.

I'm hoping for a release date of black Friday or tech Monday for a good sale price
