Just got mine yesterday and it took me 10 hrs to kill it with non stop web browsing, mp3 downloading, some games and you tube videos...

let it charge overnight and so far today im 6 hrs in and im still at 90%

needless to say i highly recommend it

i bought one 2-3 days ago and totally agree. this VZW extended battery is great.

i can now get a full round of golf with my golf GPS and do a bunch of emails and texts. OEM battery was good for 11-12 holes with same usage

I did the same thing earlier today. I just hope the new cover doesn't stick out too much. I also got both discounts. Just over $2 in NJ Sales Tax didn't help though...

This would work for those that want the extended life battery and use their existing cases. The only bummer is the price. May have to return my verizon battery for this one.

And so far i'm impressed. As an added bonus the
hardshell case that i bought still fit no problem as i was
easily able to fit the original battery cover on the phone
still.

Saw this from another user, don't use the original battery cover for the new extended battery. There is a reason why they made the bigger battery cover for a bigger battery. Just cause you can cram it on there does not mean that is a good thing.
