Droid Incredible ?

I am not sure where to ask this question so I am sorry if I am not posting it in the correct spot.
My girlfriend has a droid incredible that is on her parents verizon family plan. There contract is overdue and the phones are cut off right now. Is there anyway she can get her droid off of there plan and use it on a new verizon contract she is going to open in her name? Thanks for any help.

I suggest to just give verizon a call. I dont think anybody could answer it here to be honest but could be wrong. It doesnt hurt to give them a call.

Hard to say as it seems Verizon already froze the account.

My best guess is the account can be moved once the bill has been paid. I almost broke off of my family plan, but I ended up getting laid off so had to stick, was about a week away from paying for my own bill...

Yeah, the phone is useless until the bill is paid.

They block the ESN until the account is in good standing again.

^+1 he would be correct the ESN is frozen untill she pays the bill she can just get a phone by opening the account and use it but will loose her apps and all that bc there already on the frozen phone
