Apps that have moved to SD Card - Icon issues!

Anyone know how to fix this issue?

When you reboot the phone, all apps that have been moved to the SD Card come back as the generic Android Icon?

I erased it and put the correct icon back from the app drawer, but the shortcut icon will go back to the Generic Green icon on the next reboot.... the cycle is goes on...

Are you by any chance using a home replacement? If so, restarting the home replacement should fix the problem. (That's what was happening for me in LauncherPro, anyway.)

Actually yes, using Launcher Pro also. I would hope doing this once would fix the issue? Or everytime I reboot?

After you reboot your phone wait a few minutes and then just go into the Launcher Pro settings and restart Launcher Pro.
