"APP not installed" but it is? Does anyone get this message?

This is quite annoying. I have not narrowed it down to specific apps or anything but here is what my phone does. I'll have an app open, then I'll HOME out of it. Then when I want to go back into it, I hold the home key and get all my recent apps. I touch it, and the little caption mesage says "App not installed on this phone" or something like that. So I have to go to the app drawer to open it.


Anyone else have this?

Maybe the app is installed to the sd card instead of internal memory?

i get the same exact issue. it happens mostly with facebook. and i dont have the app in the SD card
