Anybody else physical keys stopped lighting after the update?

Edit: Ok, it's working again. Totally black for ~15 minutes now working. Weird.

Just checked and they are lighting up fine for me after the update.

My buttons light after I installed the update. My battery indicator went up after the installation of the update.

Initially, my keys didn't light up, but after I hit the home key, they lit up again.

After update, still no way to delete "contact history". That's the worst menu of all time.

Got it last night

Around midnight my phone was updated to System Version 1.13.604.MB810.Verizon.en.US. I haven't played with it much yet but if anyone has something they want me to check out just let me know.

Had to redo ringtones for contacts, and when I started My VERIZON the first time it would not exit from the task bar, but after I downloaded App killer and hit kill all it hasn't done it again. It loads then unloads...so I uninstalled app killer for the 4th time again.

Could you explain what you mean by this? It kind of sounds like something that could be handled in gmail on line but I'm not sure what you're saying.

Kudos to lukem for making the video, it's at least interesting to look at.

Like most updates I noticed the phrase "I didn't really see any difference" throughout the video. This is my experience too, specially on the occasions when it is suppose to be "improved battery." I know that wasn't on this one, I'm just using an example.

Since I don't have the X I can tell you I'm jealous of your big red eye screen, I'm guessing that comes with all X's or did you add that?

2.2 isn't far away, the biggie in that one IMHO is voice dial over blue tooth. It's suppose to add speed but I'm overclocked anyway so I can't say for certain. But I do know that bluetooth voice dialing does work on 2.2. That's next on the agenda for you guys.

Updated this morning in Nashville. Per what some have noticed above:

- custom ringers are still working.
- Phone | Favorites | Menu | Clear frequent list - works!
- Phone | Recent | Menu | Clear list - works!

downloaded, installed and reset ok, no problems ... yet.... your mileage may vary.

Downloaded My Verizon update. I thought it was stuck on the task bar, but it was simply a notification that I had to clear. My Verizon finally works!

I also noticed that whatever screen you leave it on. Will be the one shown when you unlock the phone.

I don't recall it doing that before.
