Hello all,

Can anyone tell me what the battery life is like on this new leak (.229) vs .2233? I am on .2233 right now and the battery seems to be better than GB but I wanted to know if this new leak is worth upgrading to. Any other thoughts about the leak would be appreciated! :)

If u are going to install ics u may as well do the latest 230:

ok thanks, have you tried this leak?

I am on it. It is really the smoothest my bionic has ever run. Have not lost data once, or any data hangups. Hoping this ends up being the official build that is released. Very stable.

Ok so I got ICS .230 all loaded up on my Bionic yesterday and when I went into CPU master today it said the governor was "interactive" instead of the usual "hotplug" as I had seen on .2233 or "mot_hotplug" as I had seen on gingerbread. What are guys seeing? Would be nice to know if this change is widespread and battery efficient. ;)

Mine still says Hotplug and 1.2GHz, same as it did on 2233. I'm on 230 as of today.

Ok then I must have changed mine accidentally or something. Battery life on this new leak is awesome. After 10 hours I'm at 50% with an hour and 45 mins screen on time. Mostly wifi though, with about 1 hour of 3g/1x because I live in a bad coverage area. Still better than .2233 though!

I've got mine set to interactive in rom tool box and the battery life is VERY good (ics 230). Its also very cool to see the cores sharing the load in the system panel app.

Do you happen to know whether hotplug or interactive is more battery efficient? Ive been doing a little bit of testing myself.
