This is getting quite old! I haven't been able to get a 4g or 3g signal for more than 2 minutes all day in the Rochester NY area! I have the white 4g symbol showing but no data! I'm getting quite ticked off & I think there needs to be some sort of consumer outcry & get the FCC involved! We pay $30 extra per month for data & it's been screwed up the past 2 months at least!!!

Get on the ball VERIZON!!! This is grounds to break out contract I'm sure!

No problems in San Diego, CA (knock on wood).

I've heard of people going in and getting a reduction on their bill when they complained about the problem.

Remember verizon said they have compartmentalized there network so if data goes down somehwere its isolated and wont be nationwide

Usually it's either 4g or nothing for me, but today I was put on 3g for like an hour, very unusual but have had 4g with no loss since.

There's no such thing as an OG razr. The OG would not appreciate being combined with an updated handset. The OG does not want to be referred to with a new device. These r the rules and legacy of the OG. It's too big for new devices to bring down, and will always stand alone at the top!!

Sadly this is going to happen with them rolling out 4g. You can complain or threaten class action lawsuits all u like but it won't change the fact that problems do arise when changes are being done. Bout the only thing u can do is ask for credit for the time its down or move to a more reliable carrier for you. My company I worked for had this problem when it rolled its 4g.
