3 days old having a few problems

The keys across bottom have quit working already, when talking on phone screen won't lock, network 3g will drop and won't connect back until I turn phone off and back on, any known fixes for these problems

I strongly suggest going to a Verizon store and having them fix/replace your phone. As with any new phone you are bound to have glitches and bugs. I've had mine for three days and haven't had a single problem.

My problem is the earphones speaker.. The which seems to have a crackling sound when i'm on call.. The any idea on what I should do? I its been 3 days since I bought it..
