As many of you know, running froyo on your droid didn't make you set up your device through Verizon as a new phone...that is because your radio is 2.1. You need to update to the 3g 2.2 radio to get the rest of your update! Non root must wait. If you have root, 3PDroid has the 2.2 radio! I installed it, and had to set my phone up through the Verizon automated service as a new cell phone. It went great for me, and now I have a REAL 2.2 OS! You need this if you are still using the old 2.1 radio. If you fubar, it is on you. I wont post a link, because I don't have permission yet, but go to MyDroidWorld and look up updated radio file. Thank You P3Droid, it is awesome running your kernels.
