Newbie Froyo 2.2 questions......

Is the current 2.2 Froyo update official?

Is there away to uninstall the 2.2 update and revert back to 2.1? Is it advisable to do so?

Since I am new to all of this - I want to be updated -but not really if it is in "beta". I have enough to learn already. :icon_eek:

the 2.2 that is pushed to your phone is official.

The current update is official.

I'm sure it's possible, but that's like going back to Windows 95. Yeah it's safe, but there are apps that won't run unless you have Froyo.

The update will either be OTA or you can get it on this forum and manually update. It'll be the same in either case.
