the storm wasnt a bad device. blackberry does do a lot right, but their OS is just dated compared to everything nowadays. 5.0 was a good jump for the os too once they got the bugs out of it, but it still just doesnt stand even close to level ground with todays OSs.

Agreed, but I never really pictured BB as a touch screen smartphone manufacturer

I also had a BB Storm using on AT&T, the hardware thinking was good (minus the single click) but the OS overall on all the devices has not really changed since 4.0. Got really bored with the BB so I made the leap to android. The power to let you customize your phone blew me away since I was looking for a phone that allowed me to do that. I had to get my wife her own Droid Eris as she took mine all the time.

I believe it has been stated that Android 2.1 and Flash will be 2 separate updates and that Flash might not even be a new firmware, it might simply be put on the Android Market.
