Why do my phone Apps think I'm in the UK?

I have a T-Mobile HTC Hd2 with froyo 2.2 on a SD card. Several of my Apps like EBay and a few others think I'm in the UK. When I go to phone info it shows the phone is a HTC Desire..... is that what the OS was pulled off of? Any help would be awesome! And I still can't get my mms to work either as I'm on AT&T

We try to help whenever possible. But you say you have a T Mobile, Htc HD2. Then at the end you say you're with AT&T.

T-Mobil is a provider. So you're using this phone on AT&T? I'm surprised it does anything.

Well, the best I can do is move you to a different area. We are primarily concerned with Verizon here.
