Which Radio will give me best signal?

Looking for the most recommended radio for call signal as well as gps? i currently have the stock ED04 and still seem to have problems with gps signal sometimes being lost and call signal being low.

I've had the best signal strength and reliability with the EC09 modem, fastest too. if you are interested in trying it out jptech has a DL link over on XDA, here is a link to his OP.

There us a GPS fix available in the development forum way back. It changes the script in the file to 'us' that 'north america'
