Where does instagram save draft posts locally?

Hi all,

I'll try to keep this short and sweet. Does anyone know if Instagram saves drafts locally on the backend of my device?

All my draft posts disappeared earlier this week and I have lost a lot of work I did writing up text, editing photos, etc. I could obviously recreate with the photos, but it took a lot of time and I lost about 15 posts I put together.

Any clue how I can recover? I can't even save a draft post anymore.

I am using a HTC10. Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I personally don't use Instagram, so I'm not really sure how to answer your question. Hopefully another member is more familiar with Instagram and has some useful information.

I have to admit that I'm in the same boat as Sajo in that I don't use Instagram. I assume that Instagram draft posts are not saved locally but saved in their own app/website similar to Facebook.

My oldest daughter used to use Instagram a lot, I'll see if she still does and if I can "borrow" her phone for a while to look around (that's like pulling teeth though).
