Seems like either not getting a response to the FB server or that is an APP update that is not connecting for some reason. Have you tried doing a hard reset, pressing the volume down and the power button for 10 seconds and the phone will reboot.

See if that clears the error.

Looks like it is an update. Are you connected to a Wi-Fi connection or can you if you are not?
