What is wrong with what i'm doing?

I recently followed Averma1's tutorial to change my milestone's notification bar but i'm still getting errors!! (ie. where it's supposed to say NOTIFICATIONS it says %-l%p and the "SOUND ON" should say CLEAR...

PLEASE help, i've been searching everywhere on multiple forums... and NO ONE is responding!!
