This is the paid version. 3 widgets....one is the clock, other is my 3 day forecast (yeah.....crappy weather this weekend). Last is my current weather widget. No major drain on batt or memory. Try the free version, lotsa customization.

HD Widgets is also a good one. Weather Channel, Weatherbug and AccuWeather all have widgets. It really is a matter of personal preference...looks versus accuracy is an important factor for some users. The best thing I have found to do is download one, use it for a day or two and swap it out for another until you find what you like. Google Play is full of weather related apps and widgets...some are free...the really good (in my opinion) usually cost you a little. What is the best weather clock widget?
Beautiful Widgets has been great for me.
I have used fancy widgets and beautiful widgets... both excellent. Recently I have started to play with Make Your Clock Widget. It is fun because you can customize it and include what you want. It does not have a choice for weather providers yet but they do keep updating it with new features... so I am hoping for that soon. Currently uses google weather, which has been on target compared to accuweather so far. Here is my current design...
