I have the verizon unlimited wifi plan. Droid razr HD kitkat 4.4.2
What is the latest rule from Verizon on using FOXFI?
It says that verizon has blocked wifi, but it should still work in USB tethering or bluetooth.

I read that they allow foxfi tethering but not for the unlimited plan.
Is that true?

So how do I find out if Verizon will allow it or not?

FoxFi will work on Verizon, that's not the problem. The problem in your case would be whether or not your Droid Razr HD is compatible with FoxFi. Most Moto devices are not.
Update: your Moto device should work if you're on OS version 4.3 or below, which you should be. Good luck!

Is your device rooted, you may be able to do the entitlement hack and not even need FoxFi.
