Unable to contact Verizon....

Has anyone else had a problem contacting Verizon today?

I have tried every * and # and 800/877 number they have and all say your call did no go through please hang up and try again.

Maybe their call center was hit by that derecho that rolled through the mid-atlantic the other day? Not 100% sure where it is located.

I contacted my local store and their system crashed completely and will be down for a couple hours most likely.
