Trouble with music.

I bought music from the Amazon app but it says "sorry, the player does not support this type of audio file." It should play music from the Amazon store but for some reason I can't get mine to play any type of music from any source.

Welcome to the forum. Purchasing music and not being able to play it is disappointing to say the least. If you go to Amazon.com you will see a place for digital downloads, .mp3 file. You can have them give you an instant call and explain to them what happened. See if they can't help you.

I use Amazon to buy all my music but I purchase from my computer and download it to my Droid either by Double Twist or drag and drop into the folder. I've never had any problems with my Amazon purchases using this method.

Still your app should have worked so give them a call. Hopefully they can help.

I moved the song to another folder and fixed it. I like the idea of buying music from PC and then putting on phone so I will have it there as well. Thanks for the pointer.
