No problem. Remember, my tool has everything but the device drivers. It includes adb, fastboot, and their corresponding drivers, but none specific to that device

    That's the hard way...

This is a whole lot easier:
ADB Driver - Universal Android USB Driver

    Couple of things to note:

    1) Be sure and enable developer tools.
Enable Developer Options In Android 6.0 Marshmallow - How To

1.1) in developer options enable USB Debugging
1.2) Might want to "Allow bootloader unlock" in developer options as well (Have no idea if it's necessary, but can't hurt)

    2) Make sure the device is connected to the computer before running the utility from Step #1
3.) run the installer from step 1. Follow the instructions carefully.
3.1) After you go through those steps your windows 10 computer will restart
3.2) run the installer from step 1 again - it will do the driver install this time.

run JobBox backup option and you will see a dialog on your phone to add your computer to the list of trusted USB devices... Bingo!

Not really the hard way. Most romers have sdk tools installed already. So just find the Google adb driver and update it in device manager.

And yes, you need to allow bootloader unlock in your developer menu before you try to unlock it, or it wont do anything.

Ya I guess I'm just the lucky one, whose laptop died a couple of weeks ago, and installing un-signed drivers on Win10 is an adventure. Thank You Microsoft for protecting me from myself!

Let us know if it bootloops after you unlock the bootloader. Some people reported they had to RMA the device to get it fixed. But that was a rare report.

No BootLoop, though I was a little scared it took forever to boot, I'd forgotten that is would wipe and reset the phone.

Does have a weird behavoir sometimes when you try to power it down while connected to USB, it seems to act like a soft restart and will boot again.

But otherwise all is good, Thanks for the JobBox & your patience.

Earlier you asked for feature suggestions. Do you want then for JobBox or a Rom?

    I have both :D

My 6P just arrived in the mail today. I took about 15 minutes of video of it, starting with picking it up from my front door. Main purpose is to have proof of any defects, that I could submit if I needed to RMA it. But despite all the crazy stories about broke, damaged, funny screen tint, not-equal-volume speakers, button rattle, and more, I seem to, once again, have a PERFECT device on my hands. Do I REALLY luck out that much! lol

And as for features, Im talking about Job Box at the moment. Might be a minute until I can build a ROM.
