Which is going to be the better "flagship" device?

I'm personally sick of Moto's hardware foulups and swore I would never buy one of their POS devices again. So I am hoping the thunderbolt is better but I understand Bionic is dual core and thunderbolt isn't.

Ummmm... I dunno if im just a geek with an ego for the best but the dual core vs single core choice is a no brainer to me. Im just a little upset about the 512 mb ram specs. I here the Motorola phone for At&t will not only be dual core but also 1 ghz ram. Woah thats double the ram.

For now im sticking with my Droid X and hope Verizon has something else in stoere. If not then i guess ill just have to go with Bionic. No question..

Isnt the dual core on the bionic the new Nvidia?

I'm going with the Thunderbolt. I like the dual core, not a big moto fan though.

The Nvidia tegera 2 is the graphics processor I believe. I almost called it a graphics card. Lol
I am also disappointed that the bionic will only have 512MB of ram.
Even taking that into account the Bionic will be the new flagship as of now. The Thunderbolt is just a slightly tuned EVO.

Have to agree... Verizon likes to have the flagship phones branded with Droid.. The Thunderbolt is a google phone we know, but at this point in time Bionic is only Droid phone being shown.. Now between now and then there could be more.. Remember last year the Incredible snuck up on us and was a Droid phone too.. As always time will tell.

Okay so i guess Bionic is going to be the new best thing. That is unless your an iphone fan and waiting for the apple convention fwhere the verizon iphone is likely to be showcased.

It's not a fair comparison. TB is last years tech essentially.

So it looks like Bionic will be the touted Verizon phone for the next few months. sigh....

I don't really want to go to the chewed piece of fruit but I really hate moto.

My heart is set on the Atrix when and if it comes to Verizon.

I like the whole docking feature, I don't know why but I can see it being very useful in many of my situations.

The Atrix will prob be att only and the docking is a feature of it.

Vzw is getting the bionx which does not have this.

I think it is hilarious. It just seems like when you buy a phone, it is obsolete in like 2 weeks LOL!! I was on a site today and was I was looking at all the new phones and it is just incredible how many there are. I just cannot believe I just got a Droid 2 and now there is like 2 or 3 new Droids? When does it end?

    I am curious as well

I would like to know which way to go in general. I have the Droid :motdroidvert: and have had no issues what so ever. I'm not thoroughly versed in it, but have used several roms with no issues.
I may not even part with it, just would like to know.

I work in construction, and sand gets every where. I don't really need a keyboard, it just gets full of dust.

Thoughts, suggestions, input? I can upgrade without hassle in March.
    Thanks.

Nvidia along with Intel and AMD are creating the most powerful processors on the planet . They have the best engineers and experience to create the best architectures . From the first reviews from CES , Tegra 2 is three times faster than any other processor out there .

Some of you SOUND like you're being FORCED to get a '1st Quarter 2011' phone...being patient will be pay off. 1GHZ and 3G (what I currently have on my Droid X) is running PERFECTLY smooth..lovin' it.

I have a spare upgrade from another line, that I can just waste on one of the CES phones..but waiting for another 4.3" screen (can't go backwards after the Droid X), Dual Processor (but not even needed), front camera and back camera, and NOT the Thunderbolt, is what I'll be doing.
