2.) Place renamed apk into your "Tools" folder in you Android SDK pack
3.) Open command prompt and cd to your tools folder
4.) Type...... adb remount.......hit enter
5.) Type..... adb push LiveWallpapers.apk /system/app....... hit enter
you should see that the file transfered
6.) Long press on your homescreen, choose Wallpaper, Live Wallpaper, Neural network.

open your sdk folder and right click on the tools folder. Click on properties and look for the location path for that folder. Copy that path

1.) Rename the apk to LiveWalpapers (do not put.apk on the end)
2.) Put that APK into your "Tools" folder inside your "Android SDK" folder.
3.) Open command prompt
4.) type... "cd" (without quotes)
5.) press space bar and then type in the path you just copied and hit enter
it should look something like this....C:\Users\Ryan>cd C;\Users\Ryan\Desktop\android-sdk-windows\tools> (I am on win 7, so your will look different
6.) type.... adb remount
7.) type..... adb push LiveWalppapers.apk /system/app
you will then see some data transfered.
8.) load the LWP on your phone
