Tax Season Brings: New Phones! - Which Ones, Though?

Taxes. That wonderful time of the year. It is my wife and I's equivalent of Christmas.

We're breaking off of my mother's plan and opening our own. That was a mistake not worth repeating. Anyhow...

We're getting with Verizon...within the next two weeks. With that, there are choices abound.

Right now, I am equipped with the G1, and my wife has an EV3. I have been doing research on the main line of Android OS phones available around here; the X, and the 2 Global.

I use mine for damn near everything, including the basic gmail, facebook, etc. My wife would most likely use it for txt, email and facebook.

They will be rooted as soon as possible.

What is everyones opinion one the "best" selection for what is out now? X, 2 Global, HTC, etc...

Thunderbolt should be out soon and that'd be your best bet. Rumor is the 28th.

Funny thing! Kentucky isn't 4g, at all. Nor are we in the market to get it. Accorslding to verizon's happy little Webpage.

I highly doubt that a little thing such as that will affect a purchase of two phones such as that.
