If they ever fix FoxFi to work on the Rezound then your non-rooted troubles are over.

Or the Rezound is fixed to work with FoxFi! As I said FoxFi on the Rezound BT's to PDANET on the Tab fine. Makes me want to try my Rockfisk BT USB adapter and PDANET on my laptop again, to tether to the phone.

All had been working well and then! Gmail has stopped sync'ing and Play Store will not up date while tethered. Dolphin / internet works fine.

I am thinking about the Asus tf300

it has sd card, micro hdmi, unlockable bootloader, ICS, a nice optional keyboard docking station.

However, I don't think it can do anything I can't do on my rezound.
