Sunday Afternoon Quiet time

Any one else having trouble with getting TXT's or Calls and/or voice mails on Sunday afternoons?

For the last two sundays in a row, people have tried to call me between 2P.M. and 6P.M. but the phone does not ring, or give me notifacations of messages. I get e-mails, and I can make calls, but if someone calls me, the phone doesn't ring. It's very strange. After about 6:30P.M. i suddenly get notifications of multiple voice mails, and i get some of the TXT's, but not all.

Just wondering if I'm:

A. Crazy
B. Being watched by "The Man"
C. Something is updating or something causing my phone to act funny.
