Rom download

Hey guys quick question. Does it matter were we download the rom from? Straight from our phone or from our computer?

You can do either as long as you have a good strong signal. My OCD will not let me do anything but download on the computer as I had a very bad install of a rom I downloaded on the original Droid one time about 18 months ago!! YMMV :biggrin:

I do have one absolute rule, no kidding this time, and that is I absolutely will not download a rom through Rom Manager. I can not tell you how many bad installs of such roms I've worked on in the past.

If you download from your phone (I do frequently)... You'll just wanna check the md5... If it's posted... Just to verify it's a good download

I do a lot of half assed ****. But I always download everything threw my desktop.
