I obtained all necessary incoming and outgoing server information from Comcast and entered into my new Razr. The outgoing server was verified to connect successfully. However, when I verify connection with the incoming server, I got an error message : Invalid server certificate. With that I became a football between Comcast, Verizon Wireless and Motorola tech supports. The worst tech support was from Motorola, they just hang up on your face or made promise to call back but never did. Very frustrating!

Problem was resolved after a Comcast tech support familiar with the
Droid products found the correct exchange server name for me.

Can you share the settings they gave you?

Why not just select the automatic configure? Automatic Configuration with my Comcast account has worked flawlessly with all three Android phones I've owned.

Mail.po2.comcast. net
