Setting up MSN email account

I have an MSN account and am trying to set it up using the following information. When I enter the information below and attempt to connect to verify the information it does not load.

POP server: pop3.live.com (Port 995)

I have also tried
POP3 server: pop3.email.msn.com

Incoming Port: 110

These settings seem to work for me plus that is the common consensus among google responders.

Incoming Settings:
Username: "[email protected]" (use your full email address)
Password: ********
POP3 Server: pop3.live.com (some say use pop3.email.msn.com)
Port: 995
Security Type: SSL

Outgoing Settings:
SMTP Server: smtp.live.com (some say use smpt.email.msn.com)
Port: 587
Security Type: TLS
Require Sign-in: yes
Username: [email protected] (use your full email address)
Password: ********
