Please HELP...Screen Glitch?

ok so i just sent my original droid X back 2 days ago because of a invalid battery problem that just occured out of no where... now i just received my "like" new replacement phone and its all messed up. i have a gray bar with white lines in it at the very bottom of my screen..

i tried to do the battery reset...factory reset...change wall papers and update to the new 2.3. nothing helped it. any ideas? or should i send this one back to...

I would take it back to your local store and demand they give you a NEW one not "like new"

i tried.. they dont have any in stock, so verizon is sending me a replacement again. guess its going to be a "like" new one. i think its the only thing they can send under warranty.
