Password Reset Problem

Hello all, I forgot my password and needed it reset. I followed the directions but the "password reset email" never shows up in my inbox. I checked the junk mail and nothing is there. Any ideas?

I get the initial email with instructions to click the link to reset the password, I do that, but nothing comes after that.
