I saw it, I grabbed it, I installed it (I fixed my fubars) and I like it.
But to be honest it seems like a step backwards from the previous leaks. No more 3d app drawer...but no more laggy home screen (related?).
Some of the apps I used to have installed on SDCard can not be moved to SD card. Some can, so the function is available.
I don't feel like i need LauncherPro Beta anymore. But it did install from the market so I have it incase I change my mind.
Some things I see people having trouble with:
Try installing it without wiping data if you like...but if it hangs, pull the battery and hold the X key on the keyboard while you put it back in. If it doesn't power up, hit the power while still holding the X key. Boot into recovery and wipe the data and cache, reinstall the ROM, then wipe data and cache again (clear any remnants from P3's install if they are there). It only takes 20 minutes to reinstall the apps from the market. It's simply not worth it to not wipe.
If apps don't show in the market, get the Market Fix (bgill?). It worked great for me. Only had one app not show up and I know that particular developer coded his app so it won't show for people running leaked or custom roms. He is not aware of the Market Fix update.zip. LOL
I read through every post in the threads related to FRF84b and these two things seem to be the theme of the day. So easy to fix yet most are restoring their nandroid backups instead of fixing them. Whatever. This new leak is not a significant upgrade from what we had so it's not even that big of a deal. I just wonder what is under the hood that we don't detect as users. So I am keeping the new leak.
