newbie app questions

I'm a newbie, through and through. So a couple of questions. One, is there a "quiet time" feature to silence the phone for a certain period of time? Two, is there an additional keyboard, something with more symbols? Heck, I don't even have a dollar sign. Lastly, is there a way to save photos from the internet by somehow clicking and saving (instead of either making them wallpaper or emailing them)?

Got an LG Spectrum 2 I've had for a week, previous iPhone user (boo hiss), so be easy on me. Thanks.
