Hello, I m not much expert in android I had Samsung Sm g350e. Every time when I call after 2 sec lock appear likes this and it's required double tapping its terrible. I try on Google search but no way out, some on you r experts so I feel to post here. Thanks.

Go to settings,then accessibility, uncheck power button ends call.

Only screen lock time button but no option of none by the way I m not asking about black screen which appears after display time out

That setting might be under "Call" settings on a Samsung device.

It's a wide known issue with some samsung devices. Google search has a lot of people complaining about it.

Yes Jonny I got it setting/answering,ending call here power key button now disable it

Can you take a screen shot of what you're talking about? On most Samsung phones, you take a screen shot by holding the power button and the Home button on the front at the same time. If you can take a screen shot and upload it here, we may know better what you're referring to.
