I don't think you can if you are not rooted, but I'm not sure

Download launcher pro and the 3d drawer should be in that. Launcher pro is in the market

It was supposed to work, it worked fine for me. Umm what happend? Like how do you know it failed to root?

It says that the process failed, and I still have root access.
